The field of network deployment is being driven by demand for smarter, faster network deployments using automation and optimisation. Implementation of new tech such as 5G in the telecommunications industry is increasing the need for new, more efficient ways to reduce lead times, increase ROI and manage operational performance.
9. Data Centre Skills 50% of data centre owners are struggling to hire the skills they need to manage the transition to Cloud and the adoption of hybrid data centre models. Developers with Cloud computing, integration and automation skills will continue to be in high demand throughout 2023 as businesses manage large amounts of data to gain a competitive edge without sacrificing security and efficiency. Competition for data centre managers with the ability to leverage data analytics to drive decision-making will also be high.
10. JavaScript 65% of front-end developers using it to power web and mobile development, JavaScript’s popularity amongst employers shows no sign of slowing down in 2023. JavaScript frameworks and skills to look out for in 2023 include React JS used by big names such as Sky, Reddit, Meta and Tesla, Git and Node JS.
